About Shloime Balsam, Licensed Professional Counselor (Idaho)
Shloime Balsam, LPC, holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and is the founder and clinical supervisor of Supervised Therapy Network (STN). He is a licensed professional counselor in Idaho with extensive experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families across therapeutic, educational, and mentoring settings.
Shloime is skilled in TEAM-CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and integrative counseling approaches, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs.
He is the author of “The Therapy Toolbox” and “The Feelings First Series”, and the host of The Therapy Podcast, offering practical strategies for emotional growth and mental health support.
As Clinical Supervisor, Shloime personally oversees all supervised therapists, providing structured supervision, case review, and professional guidance to ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality care.
His experience spans community-based and international programs, reflecting a long-standing commitment to accessibility, education, and compassionate mental health support.
All sessions are delivered by trained supervised therapists under the supervision of a licensed counselor (CMHC, LPC). Sessions are secure and confidential.
